There is no minimum order value. However, we have a minimum order value to qualify
for free delivery. A delivery charge will be levied against the order which do not
reach the limit.
5. Any amount we charge or taxes over and above the rates shown?
No, we do not charge any taxes over and above the rates shown. However, we do have
a delivery fee in case the order that does not reach the minimum order value for
free delivery.

7. How can I make changes to the order I have made before and after confirmation?
Before checkout you can edit your products in the cart. You can cancel and reorder
with the required list from the app, if you’ve already placed your order and this
will be soon released on web as well.
8. How long it will take to deliver my order?
After receiving the order our average delivery time is between 30-40 min. Delivery
time depends on a lot of factors such as marketplace order volume, our current order
volume, traffic, weather, overall distance, order size etc. If there is any delay
we always try to do our best and always try to convey it to you.
9. Can I edit my order?
Your order can be edited before it reaches the Marketplace. Call us on 0260-2640244
or email us on info@bmraj.co.in.to do so. Once the order is placed you may not be
able to edit its contents.
10. Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
After you have placed an order with us any change in delivery address is not possible
after you have placed an order with us. However, please get in touch with our team
if there are slight modifications like changing the flat number, street name, landmark
etc.

You can use any ONE of the following Payment Modes, using BMRAJ.

12. Can I track my order through website/?
Yes,Using GPS you can track your order through website/app. You will receive a link
on your phone/computer once the driver starts the. Just tap on that link and you
can track your order in real time.

We always take very seriously the security of our customers. Your card details aren't
shared with anyone else Our high-tech security system always take care of it; you

14. Can you update me on my order?
Sure! In order to stay updated on the status of your order, please choose TEXT or
EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS when you create your account on the BMRAJ website.
15. How do I share my opinion or feedback?
You’ll get many chances throughout the ordering process to add your rating and review
for our services. Wherever you see rating displayed, logged in users will be able
to click on it to add a rating and write a review.
16. How long do you take to initiate my refund?
1) For online transactions, the refunds will be credited to your original mode of
payment, i.e. for debit/credit card payments it will take at least 7-10 working
days and 24-48 hours for other wallets.
2) For COD related transactions the Customer has the option to get the refund in
his/her designated bank account via NEFT (for which the Customer shall have to share
the bank details) and in such a case the designated bank account will take 7-10
working days for crediting the refund.
17. How can I review my receipt?
We handover the receipt from the delivery guy to you at the time of delivery. Also,
in the “My Orders” tab you can look at your transaction history.
18. How can I cancel my order?
BMRAJ provides hassle- free and easy cancellation. Before it is dispatched to your
home you can cancel your order via the app or web. You’ll get this option is available
in “View Details” under the “My Orders” tab in “View Details”.
19. What If I want to return something?
Please register a complaint if you are dissatisfied with the products delivered
to you via the app within 48 hours for non-perishable items and 24 hours for perishable
items.
To resolve this issue our customer support team will get in touch with you. You can also return the products which you are not satisfied
with, at the time of delivery and we will get the refund initiated for you.
20. Can I reschedule my order?
Yes, by clicking on the Need Help option in “My Orders” section you can do this.
Your orderscan also reschedule as per your convenience as per the slots available,

22. How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?
In case of any unavailability of items you will receive an SMS, notification informing
you about it. Within 24 hours your Refund (if any) will also be initiated.
