Order Acceptance

While we put in all the efforts to accept and deliver all the orders to our customers satisfaction, there may be certain orders that we might not be able to accept and deliver. The reasons could be limitations on the quantities of the stock available or fraudulent orders by miscreants or any other unwarranted situation.

Shipping and Delivery Charges

All purchases on www.bmraj.com will be delivered to your doorstep at a nominal fee depending on the rates provided by our logistic partners. The delivery charges are arrived at based on the size of cooler, and the distance from warehouse. The delivery charge for the remote locations which are outside limit will cost more than that of the rate offered within the area of service. We hope we are clear mentioning the delivery charges based on the location.

Delivery

We try to deliver the goods as early as we can i.e. within the 10 working days timeline. However we cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure due to direct or indirect forces or causes beyond our control, like acts of nature, government laws and acts changes, band, riots, Strikes or other labor difficulties, heavy rain, earthquake, fire, etc.

Offers and Discounts:

We take all efforts and marketing guides to benefit our end users and so we provide offers on the site on special occasions. If someone buys the products separately without encashing these offers, the same can be modified only before the order is dispatched by calling our Customer Care department to make required modifications to the order. Please note that orders cannot be modified by email. During modification of order customer has to order for a value more than the previous order as the return of charged amount will not be possible.

Terms of Warranty:

BM Raj Industries Pvt Ltd are warranted to be free from defect in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 Months from the date of their original retail purchase. If any part of our product fails to confirm to this warranty, we will replace or repair it using new or refurbished parts. To obtain warranty service in India, you must return the defective part within the warranty period together with the reproduction of a dated Proof-of-Purchase document. Return and Refund Policy:

BM Raj manufactures and delivers the best quality goods to customers with 12 months warranty for all the cooler parts. If you would like to return any goods delivered to you due to damage in transit or that the cooler is not functioning properly, then you can send us an email on within 7 days of receipt of cooler with mention of reason for the rejection and other essential details. We can decide as per company discretion to provide spares for the damaged/non-functioning spares or will recall the entire cooler and transfer the paid amount to your bank account within 15 days

Change and Cancellation of Orders:

You can modify or cancel any of your orders before the order is dispatched by calling our Customer Care department to make the required modifications or cancellation to the order. Please note that orders cannot be modified or cancelled by email. In case of order cancellation, some amount will be charged for the same and rest amount can be transferred in your account details given during cancellation of order.
