The shipping charge would reflect on the payment page / shopping cart.
We are committed to deliver your order accurately,and always on timeand in good condition, promised by our customer care or on website.
Each order would be shipped only to a single destination specified at the time of payment done for that order. You shall need to place multiple orders, if you wish to ship products to different addresses
We ensure that we ship out each item in your order within 3-5 working days. In some cases, the delivery process can take longer as the product may have to be procured by us when there is a heavy demand of the product. We ship all the orders on weekdays excluding public holidays.
We make shipments through the reputed courier agencies to ensure that your order reaches in fast time and in good conditions.
If multiple products are ordered, there are chances that they will not be delivered together due to product characteristics or availability
If you believe that if packaging is tampered with or damaged, or that the product is not in good condition before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and immediately write an e-mail to info@bmraj.co.inand mentionyour order reference number. We willalways make sure to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Orders placed by customers on non-working hours will be processed on the following working day.
